I will keep it short.
Its actually the 2nd time I am quitting, 2 days going on 3 and its actually easier than last time. I crave badly and I am tempted to eat delicious sugar treats to compensate, but I don't. Keep busy, work out a little and drink water. Works for me... ![]()

Well I have smoked socially once last night, but even then it was 1 smoke. I feel happier, healthier. No more shortness of breath or chest pains.
Its not easy but now that I don't really smoke I feel sick when I do take a drag at those low moments when u decide u can't take it any more. Stay busy and be positive.
