If you want to quit any form of nicotine read "Stop smoking the easy way by Allen Carr. Ellen Degeneres and Ashton Kutcher among others have quit that way. If you google it you can research it. I smoked for 25 years and thought I would never be able to quit. The book suggest you smoke while you read it and does not involve any scare tactics. Carr can lead you out of that smokey maze you're lost in.

It can be done. I quit 30 years ago and had been a pack and a half a day for 22 years. It's worth it.
