It will happen soon, maybe sooner than you think. I know you can do it, and I hope it will happen soon!!! I have confidence that it will.

Please believe me, you'll know when you can stop smoking. That's how it happened to me.

About 8 days after I started vaping, I ran out of cigarettes and I just didn't buy anymore. Now I'm nicotine free and getting ready to quit vaping altogether. The only time I will vape is when I get a craving for that nicotine, and the vaping really does help. It's kept me cigarette free for nearly 4 months now, and I'm nicotine free for almost 1 month. It really works.

You know, yesterday my husband and I went to our vape shop in town, and we actually got to meet the guy that makes the Neoport e-liquid.

That guy couldn't believe that I am cigarette free for nearly 4 months and nicotine free for about a month.

So please have confidence in yourself that you can stop. If I can stop after 35 nearly years of smoking, then so can you.

Thank you so much. I am now into my 5th month of not smoking. In 13 days it will be 6 months since I stopped smoking. My therapist wants to celebrate with me and my family and friends for me quitting smoking for 6 months. My therapist promised me a party for it too. I think that's really cool and I'm not letting her forget about it. LOL

I would also like for everyone to know, I just became a first time Grandma on November 10th. My daughter had an 8 lb. 5 oz. 22-inch long bouncing baby boy. My grandson also helped get me to quit smoking. So I can say he saved my life.

I quit smoking cold turkey on July 14, 2015. It was the best thing I ever did, besides having my son. I had tried and failed many times before and smoked for 30+ years.
