Self esteem, my worst enemy.

Every time something goes wrong, I blame myself. No matter if it was me or someone else. I believe the worst of me. And yes, I'm married, but that's even proving tough for me right now. I see us drifting apart and I don't want that.

But then again, I caused it so I can't see it getting any better. Depression and self esteem go together. It'd be nice to dig out of it. I'm hoping to attend a Self Esteem course at my treatment centre in January. That mgiht help me. Any good books out there?

Help!

Dear Taff,
We all have power within in...so do you..

One method I use is changing words/questions in my mind.

For book, I love "Power is within you" - Louise Hay. I like her voice when I listen to her book. And her self esteem affirmations audio make me feel good when listen to and say them out loud in my car.

One power message/question I love and ask myself. "What can I do to make it better?"

..Love & Hug to you...
