Self esteem, my worst enemy.
Every time something goes wrong, I blame myself. No matter if it was me or someone else. I believe the worst of me. And yes, I'm married, but that's even proving tough for me right now. I see us drifting apart and I don't want that. But then again, I caused it so I can't see it getting any better. Depression and self esteem go together. It'd be nice to dig out of it. I'm hoping to attend a Self Esteem course at my treatment centre in January. That mgiht help me. Any good books out there? Help! |

Dear Taff,
We all have power within in...so do you.. ![]() One method I use is changing words/questions in my mind. For book, I love "Power is within you" - Louise Hay. I like her voice when I listen to her book. And her self esteem affirmations audio make me feel good when listen to and say them out loud in my car. One power message/question I love and ask myself. "What can I do to make it better?" ..Love & Hug to you... ![]() |
