If you believe in yourself you can achieve for yourself! You CAN get happier in life... I thought I could never get happier but then it only took ONE person me to think after how I want life to be. Always got to look on the positive sides rather then the anti positives. Got to be strong held your head up high and smile. Everyone has got a great personality why let it go to waste? If someone says something horrible to you, well we all know it's not true and not real too. Don't listen to people who want to bring then down with you your self. Don't give up hope because it's never too late! Make your own point of view instead of someone else's. Remember we are all different shape, sizes, skins, height ect... But we all have a heart inside us! Noone is ever perfect, we all have made mistakes. So instead of ignoring them we can fix them. Let go of the past and think now. Be yourself! What ever that mirror reflects back at you, smile and say your good to be you. Try something new once in a while. Spend time with friends and family or abit of time alone reading the best book ever! These are not words of wisdom. This is a little speech that I'm making to everyone here. I thought I was a goner being sad but I realised that the reason I'm being sad all the time is because if I forget everything that happend before. I didn't want to enjoy life. But don't you ever watch the sun set go down or look up to the sky where the clouds stay up high. Trying focusing on the things that are important to you. There must be at least one thing to live for. My teddy bear is special to me and well he makes me get through tough times or though he's not real. It's a part of me. You CAN stop being SAD most of the time! YOU ALL ARE GREAT TO BE HERE!

Thanks Miss for this. Good words to try with! (It did happen right as I just put about 5 members here on "ignore" though... that's ok, isn't it??)

Reminds me of the starfish story... ((((((hugs)))))

It's easier to forget the past if you're alone but if you're stuck with the people who remind you of it always it seems even impossible. Can't get away from him---he is my dad.
