I have a good size spare tire. My top teeth are damn near ground down. They would have to break my jaw to fix my under bite. Only 5'7". Not a good smile. Bags under eyes and puffy eye lips. And as a guy I think my penis is small. And sometimes can't ejaculate. Think I got most of it.
