I listened to James Taylor sing "Carolina" and sang along. I sang the themes to "The Jefferson's" and "The Beverly Hillbillies".

Bob Proctor Quotes

Change is inevitable but personal growth is a choice.

Watched the latest Doctor Who with my son, and went "WOW!!!"

To be fair, it was Neil Gaimen, there was no way it wasn't going to be the best episode ever.

Anyway, it put my son in a good mood, which is always a nice thing.

Oh... and played a Carcassi piece through flawlessly for my guitar instructor, which means I've got a new one to challenge me.

Finished everything needed to get my financial aid processed. This Tuesday I will register for classes. FINALLY going to continue my AA degree. Could take a while because I can only do one class at a time, maybe two if they're online, but better late than never. Nervous and excited at the same time.
Thanks for this!

started looking after myself by arranging an eye test, getting my medication before the others run out and talking to a sales man about a new mobile phone. I would normally avoid all of these things!

Spent the weekend out of town visiting family. It was a good weekend. The kids had a blast with their cousins. My sister loved the cake I made for her. It was good. Started laundry last night. Need to finish laundry and put away things from our trip.

I forced myself to post in this thread, even though it took like 15 minutes to think of anything

Besides that, I did my morning workout even though all I've wanted to do for the past couple weeks is sleep.
Thanks for this!

I had a strong workout this morning - one of my strongest in a while. Imagined I was working out with two new buddies and that they were encouraging me to try harder. I answered a question on an industry web site and wrote, published and promoted a blog post. I also met with a business partner and made progress on a few key issues.
Thanks for this!

I went to a gym class. A class! I go to the gym everyday but I avoid classes like the plague but today I forced myself to go to one and I actually enjoyed it. Might do it again on Thursday.

I actually got up at my target time. I'm trying to adjust my sleep pattern. It was nice to wake up with my girlfriend today. She texts me every morning and I actually answered the text immediately today, she was happy too!.

I tried to be supportive of other new members to this forum, walked for an hour on the treadmill, and got out of the house to do a little shopping.
Thanks for this!

I've been going to work. Had a T appointment. Doing house work and yard work. Moving stuff from storage unit to shed. Trying to stay emotionally stable.
Thanks for this!

Thanks to all of you who post here. It's inspiring and keeps me on the move too. ((((((all))))))

Today was a really good day. Did all the thing I wanted to do (just a few but did them all) and got around to do some late spring cleaning.
Thanks for this!

I did a relatively vigorous workout even though I wasn't feeling 100%. I also landed a small project.

Yesterday: Registered for my Summer and Fall online college classes. Finally working towards my degree again. (only took me 14 yrs to come back around). I'm going to start with one class for Summer and then see if I can try two classes at a time in Fall. Don't know what the workload will be like. Now just have to wait for my financial aid award letter to come through.

Today: Got myself and the kids up and ready an hour early so we could get them signed up for summer day camp. I was nervous because I had to ask for scholarships again this year. But they were very willing to work with us. YAY! Now we can go buy some new shorts and swimsuits!
Thanks for this!
