Went to court and paid the fine. Took caterpillar shopping for b-day gift and father's day gifts. Went to prayer service at church. Talked with friends after for a few hours.

Today I wrote a letter I had been procrastinating to write. Today I also will finish an order and ship it out. That is another procrastination. Those are the only two loose strings at the moment. Usually I have 4 or 5 pile up and get overwhelmed. So I'm doing great today.

Nothing yet.

Or so it seems, feels.

However, I have limited my experience in society, seeing only my physical therapist, pain doctor, and dog. You'd think I could stay out of trouble that way, yes?

I have nothing to live for.

Today I...led the Anxiety chat group. And watered my plants.

Makes me wonder where the other 22.49584 hours of my day is going.....

I got up the courage to try T again and was happy about it

I sent my dad a father's day card even though I have lingering resentments toward him. He loves me, albeit in a controlling way that drives me bonkers. However, it felt good to be adult enough to appreciate the practical things he does for me and not be so negative toward him.

Ate my breakfast on my garden bench looking out over my 'queendom'. Read a few short chapters in my book and enjoyed my coffee

Took dog for long walk by 10am.

Did a little weeding. Took 2 mini naps inbetween all the active to re-group.

Best of all, I cleaned my livin room and the entry-way of my main floor! Dusted, cleared the junk mail away, re-organized the magazines, washed the dust and grim off the glass candle jars and put some fresh cut lavender flowers in one of the candle jars that was almost burned up.

Sat and had a quiet cup of coffee with the hubster before fixing burgers for dinner.

Watered some of the pots of veggies that looked really droopy.

We got up early so we could kayak. When we got to the lake, it started to rain. We turned around for home. Found a fresh farm market on the way back. I bought some fresh, ripe, wonderful smelling tomatoes and a pound of green beans.

Made old fashioned tomato soup for dinner. Beans will be in the dinner menu tomorrow

What I did right yesterday: Called my dad for Father's Day. Got the amazing and awesome news that he has finally sold two cars he hasn't used in years. A sign he may be letting go of the past and moving out of the fourth stage of grief, depression, into acceptance, 10 years after my mom died of cancer.

Today I took pictures of interesting things, shopped for a new blouse with butterflies that makes me excruciatingly happy, got a tb test done for possible work, and did not eat any sugar. Oh, and I weeded the garden.

Figured out what went wrong, and that it wasn't my fault at all.
What a load off of my mind.

Very busy folks lately.

Today I took Jack for a long walk in the cooler part of the day. I started 'tracking' my food and activity again since I've put on some weight over the last few months.

Did dishes, some laundry and next, since it is too hot to be outside, I'll sew on the cushion I'm making for the garden bench. It's nice and cool in the basement.

!!!!!!!

I spoke to my girlfriend about her ex without getting jealous for the first time ever. I kept asking her questions about things I've always just assumed about him. I was wrong most of the time. [Instead of assuming, try actually asking people!] Anyway, I've been working for months to get rid of my jealousy issues and I feel like I's paying off!!! woo!!!!!!
