Good for you donating to the local shelter!

Walked Jack. Made yummy oatmeal for my H and me for breakfast.
And I've carried 3 boxes of Christmas decorations upstairs from the basement.

Today is THE day for putting up the tree. If I can drag it up the stairs!
Thanks for this!

I told a girlfriend of mine whose son and daughter-in-law who had a new baby a few weeks ago to please lay off and don't offer "help" that isn't wanted or needed. My girlfriend means well, but thinks she knows every damn thing there is to know about raising children; and her kids had plenty of problems!!

She thanked me for reminding her to mind her business with how things are with her daughter-in-law.

Good going!!!

I got through a Christmas party that we hosted without having a major panic attack even though I came quite close. And afterwards I cleaned up so the house will look sort of tidy tomorrow when I get up!

Yesterday I finished my show. Worked at strike and then went to see my goddaughter's play...at a church. Then I had to sit through a shortened version of church so the kids could go have cake and I only rolled my eyes once.

It sure sounds like you all are 'on good behavior" these days! Good Jobs Everyone on the Do Right Thread!

I didn't get the heavy tree up the stairs yet, tonight I'll start taking parts of the tree up the stair so we can have the tree up before Christmas! The big box is a little beat up and I just can't get the right grip on the clumsby thing to drag it up. If there were a handle on one end instead of in the middle---If a small person had designed that box, it would of had handles on each of the long ends! LOL

My do rights today:

I got up took H to work at 7:30.

I ate breakfast at the McDonald's next to my dentist's office to kill time (reading) before my early 9:00 appointment. Then I drove to my eye doctor appointment on the other end of town, for an 11:00 appointment.

Right now I'm drinking coffee and eatting yet ANOTHER of the yummy peanut butter, chocolate chip, oatmeal cookies I baked last night.

Then off to the post office to mail Christmas cookies to the son and d-i-l.

My final trip is for my monthly weight maintanance group meeting at 4:30

Oh and then once more, back to the other end of town to get the hubster!

Dental was for a cleaning, all good there and my new contacts needed to be tweaked just a bit so I can see better in one eye! All is well on my "do right" list.
Thanks for this!

Took my daughter to see her T. He knows that I am really struggling right now, gave me an assignment to do something good for myself.

I took my college-aged son out for Starbuck's, shopping, and then lunch. I feel good that he's willing to go out with his "old lady" sometimes. Plus I did finally do some work around the house!

I walked the dog for his "long" walk tonight even though I didn't really want to. It felt good to be out in the crisp air after all

I got up at 5:15 to go for a walk, came back and had a swim, had a healthy breakfast, and I'm not listening to music that is screaming at me right now. I feel good about it. Thought I'd share.

Went and babysat my 4 nieces. So glad that I only have one child. Also went to job group. Didn't want to do either.

Well, I went to Starbuck's with my BFF. We exchanged Christmas gifts, complimented each other, and made some plans for getting together after the holidays. And I have been doing some cleaning around the house! That makes me feel better.
Thanks for this!
