Went to the eye dr, getting new glasses! Went to work. Went to daughter's last session with Mr. Travis. Fixed dinner.

did two this time. stayed the whole time and visited with a relative that stopped by. (i usually run and hide when someone comes.) and worked on some t homework that is very triggering.

I made myself go on a walk (thanks to those who encouraged me to go). Had a T appointment. Figured out an easier way to make this cake, I hope. Have been running errands. Getting stuff organized at work - kind of have an overhaul to our system coming up.

I cleaned the house yesterday after coming back home from a business trip. I needed the time to collect my thoughts. There is something about cleaning the house that is therapeutic for me. I worked on a proposal last night and presented it to the prospect this morning. Happy with how it went.

Awesome!!!!!
I went to bed a bit earlier last night. It's one of my goals. I tend to go to bed way too late and I'm really trying to work on that. Last night I did a little better for the first time in ages. Wishing everyone a wonderful weekend!
