Lately, trying to organize everything to synchronize and easen tasks is giving me a headache. It even makes me procrastinate tasks.

For example, I have to clean my room today but I just can't find the best way to organize my things that I procrastinate cleaning it. Whenever I thought of way to organize it, I feel that there is always a better way to clean it and so the cycle goes on.

That sounds like perfectionism. Perfectionism will keep you from getting anything done, as it never will be perfect. When you won't settle for less than the best way to do it, you keep stopping and not trying because there is always still something that might be better. Some things don't matter that much, and we have to let go, even if it is hard. What matters more? Finding the best way there is to organize your shoes? Or having a clean room and being able to see where your shoes are so you can rearrange them later if you feel like it?

Have you ever looked at www.flylady.net ? It looks like a site for homemakers, but really it is for anyone who struggles with things like organization and perfectionism. There are members from all walks of life, including men, teenagers, kids, professionals, etc.
