Would you agree that you have to build your confidence through good experiences and change behaviours to help cure your self confidence?

Yes good experiences along with changing behavior helps but there's also many ohter factors. The building blocks for self esteem start when we're young with the guidance of good parenting. My confidence also became stronger as I got older. Taking care of oneself with healthy eating and exercise helps. Learning assertiveness helps too

i definitely agree. also, the key to confidence is acceptance. you have to accept things that you can and can't change. the things that you can't change, embrace them or forget about them.
