I have 14 days to finish a project. My low self-esteem has had a bad effect on my abilities to get it done but I need to get it done for survival. I avoid things, nit-pick my work, cry, get lost, become anxious, pace, hit myself, and just let myself get swallowed up in my self-loathing. For the next 14 days I am going to use this thread to counter those feelings and get it done.

I had a hard time getting started this morning. All my critics were in my head telling me I can't do anything right. Pushed through the noises and found some momentum. Made good progress and did some nice work in the afternoon. Good for me. I need to recognize that with my high anxiety levels I need to be more watchful and patient with myself. This afternoon I remembered that I have done good work in the past, did some today, and will do some more tomorrow.

A lot of activity little that was productive. I need to be more focused. I need to break down my tasks into parts and finish each part before starting on the next.

Feeling a little less stressed but lost some focus. Will start fresh again tomorrow.
