I personally have gone through many trials in my life, haven't we all?!?

I feel as though I should be doing much more. I know I'm capable, it's just the lack of motivation that seems to be the problem.

I think what I need to do to build up that lack of motivation is to do one little goal at a time. I think I am going to start off with refreshing myself on math so when I take my math eval test I can go into math 101 instead of math 91.....I'll save money.

Is there a small goal you wish you could accomplish?

I have been trying to think of a little goal. But, I always seem to come up with longer term goals. I don't tend to think in the small goal area.
Em, improve my customer service skills. I suspect that that is a longer term goal. Learn not to put things in denial. deal with anger/negative emotions better. Are any of these short term goals? They seem more like life long goals. I might could see some improvement in some of them in the short term. Sleep better. I think that might be a short term goal except my sleeping problem is almost at 7 months now.

To brush my teeth every day... No I'm only kidding A little goal at a time.
Really, to stop putting the little things off that I could get done in no time at all. I put small things off until the last minute, and all it does is cause stress.
