I have been struggling with low self esteem for many years. I feel like I'm no one and that I'm ugly. I also feel fat. There was a point where I felt so fat that I would make myself throw up, or I just wouldn't eat for days at a time. I feel like no matter how much weight I lose, that I need to lose more, and more, and more. I do need to tone some things but I just can't bring myself to exercise. I don't know if its because I feel its hopeless, or that I'm just lazy and don't have the motivation.

Go read The Fat Nutritionist blog - it should have some answers and it is just plain awesome reading.
