Thanks, Rapunzel, that makes me feel better. I'm glad I'm learning as well, and I hope eventually I'll be able to give more useful help to other people here.

Sometimes I'm afraid to post......

My own history or issues in detail for several reasons. I get paranoid that someone will recognize me, somebody I know and don't want to reveal that much to.

I don't like asking or needing.

I don't trust easily and don't want to disclose my "secrets".

I like to be supportive and generally view all as non-malicious here. So my posts may seem always in that vein, because I don't like to see so many people hurting. I, luckily, haven't (yet) had any rudeness directed toward me (that I cold tell) either in PM or the boards. I certainly hope I haven't been rude to anyone as that hasn't been an intention, and that if I come off so, I would hope they give me the benefit of the doubt and/or try to contact me via PM so we can better resolve the issue.
