Hello again. I really need to talk to someone today. I'm SO guilty about everything. I have made some wrong things in past, because I don't care about myself, and when you feel like this, you just don't think before act, you just do. And now, I'm guilty. I'm having bad thoughts lately. I try to feel hope, but I can't. I don't believe that something good is going to happen with me because I think I don't deserve. I deserve to suffer because of the bad things I've done. I'm so perfeccionist and I'm so young, but I can't accept the way I lived. If I could return to the past I would change everything, but now, it doesn't matter, I can't change whats been and gone. What am I suppose to do? I want to feel hope. I talked to my best friend about how I'm feeling but all he did was judge me. I think I can't pass through this step of my life.

Hi Nicole, are you thinking you want to hurt yourself? What exactly are you feeling bad about? You don't have to say. Guilt is awful. After my cat died I felt so guilty about her illness, not being able to do enough. Before that I went through a weird phase of hating myself for everything I felt I did wrong or said wrong, etc. It was awful. I hope you can forgive yourself, but this is a good place to talk to other people with the same problems. Good luck. (((Hugs)))

Everyone makes mistakes and bad descisions all we can do is learn from them.
Is there something specific thats bothering you?

I understand you. I have a cat too, and sometimes when I cry with her I feel sad, but you don't have to feel like this, it happens all the time... Well, I've hurt myself for two years, and lately, I did it again. I feel so bad when I do this, because it's good for some minutes but after I feel even more bad. ): I'm feeling bad about wrong things that I've made in life, I can't forgive myself ):

I can understand that I must learn from my mistakes, but and after?? I don't believe that good things can happen to me. I think that guilt is going to be my "friend" for all my life.

Oh, I used to cut my arms. Sometimes I still want to. I also have pulled my hair out all my life. I always feel horrible about it when I do. Did something happen that makes you want to self injure? Stress can trigger that. (((Hugs))) We are here for you, Nicole!

I see. I stopped cut my arms about three months ago, but I started to do it again. I 'm not proud of it. I'd like to stop doing this because I feel horrible too. Four years ago I enter in an almost depression, but I've been diagnosed with several depression about two years ago and I cut myself about two and a half. I am a set of feelings as guilt, depression, low self esteem... I 'm really sad, but I'd like to say thank you for listen to me today If you need something, I 'm here to help you

Thank you. I'm OK at this moment, although that could change depending on anything where I'm living. Try not to feel bad, OK? I know depression isn't anything you can snap out of. What does your therapist say, or your pdoc?

Ok. She recommended some natural medications for me to take through six months, now I stopped, but I think I'm going to buy those medications again. They don't keep me happy or something like this, but I think they helped me in something. I'll try them again.

That's good. If they helped, use them unless they're dangerous or something. I haven't pulled my hair out since last winter and I know I must not start again. It's much too thin. The thickness on the sides didn't fill back in. I was pulling out all the ugly gray ones when I should have just dyed it.

Bless you both! When you've dealt with problems with a certain coping mechanism (self injury or hair pulling) then you make yourself STOP using that to cope, what do you replace it with?

My daughter stopped SI at the end of the school year and now she is a quivering mass of anxious thoughts and panic attacks. She used SI to cope with everything painful, and now she is having to learn how to do "life" without her tried and true coping method.

It's so hard and I'm proud of her, and you all, for learning better ways to handle stress. Please don't beat yourself up or be ashamed of yourself! You are young and still learning and growing.

Good luck!!
