Do you love yourself? Or you hate yourself? If you love yourself, how do you love yourself? I just want to see how many of us truly love ourselves. And how do we know when we love ourselves?

I wish I could say that I truly love myself but I can't. I am not satisfied with who I am and I'm working had to get to the place where I can say that I do love me!

When I hated myself for not being enough to others I read so many articles and did so many programs that came up with few tips what actually to do. They all say "love yourself first" , but I didn't know how to do it, but later I discovered the ways and wrote them down. Few discoveries - write it down all your accomplishments, even finishing elementary school. Then ask the people in your life did you made a difference in their lives, is there something about you they love. You will be surprised how cherished your truly are. It opened my eyes just doing that. And when I felt down, I used to read the answers that my friends told me. If you want to read more tips go to Love yourself so you can love others!
Thanks for this!
