I struggled with weight growing up. In high school i got heavy. Then later it came off. Then i put it back on again. Now i am loosing and it is okay with me. I have found standing naked in front of the bathroom mirror and saying to myself, "God made me beautiful" then laughing helped me wonderfully. I am not a poster girl, glamour queen. I am not a socialite nor looking for someone in my life. I appreciate who i am that i can move around and function. That works for me, i don't know about anyone else. My birthday suit is holding up fine, it is not sagging! LOL!
