Well for a while I was depressed, I found out i also had PTSD. I don't know if i still do i guess i do but there are ways to help yourself cope with things and to find yourself. The most important thing to me is to know who you are and what you want from life.So there are things that i've done to help myself cope with problems in life.

1. Who are you now?

2. Are you happy?

3. What can you do to make yourself happy?

4. What needs to change for the better?

5. What do you want to do with your life?

Them are some things to think about. Eather it can help or it won't but its always up to you to do the work of getting better...if not for yourself, for someone you care about. I hope this might help someone else besides me learning to get better yourself...hopefully .
