Hello all. Can anyone recommend the best self-help books for working on self-esteem? Bonus points for workbooks!

Well i like Melodie Beatty the author of "Co Dependent no more" and "The language of Letting Go". Those two books have really helped me out a lot. There is such a broad spectrum that it covers that you will find something in both to help you out. Blessings and tc
Thanks for this!

Six Pillars of Self Esteem by Nathaniel Branden is probably the best and most popular one. Really good.

Another good ones are:

- Mindsight by Daniel Siegel
- The Family by John Bradshaw
- Self-Thearpy (Internal Family Systems) by Jay Early
- Focusing by Eugene Gendlin
- Trauma Release Exercises by David Berceli

Are all really good too and all help in different ways
