Hi Blondie,
Welcome to PC. It hurts me to read what you're going through. The reason being is because every single one of us is beautiful, and worth more than we know! I know sometimes it's difficult, but think back on previous accomplishments, how you've helped someone, something positive you've done. Try to create more of those moments. No one is responsible for your own happiness but you. You have to find the things that make you happy, and do them. Also, maybe if you let someone in about your feelings it'll also help. I'm sure your time here at PC will help you. It's definitely helped me!

Helping others is a good thing to try. Perhaps visit other's threads and reply to offer support. You're helping someone in need, you're "giving back," etc. This is something to feel good about.

I know how you feel, as I've felt this way recently. But this morning I woke up and realized that I'm not a horrible person, as I finally figured out why my life has gone to hell, and not only is it something I didn't mean to do, but it's also probably fixable. So whatever it is that you feel guilty about, try to look at the situation from other perspectives, and most importantly keep talking to trusted friends and/or family and a therapist. The more you talk about it, the less guilty you'll feel. Good luck to you and hugs!
