Not sure why or maybe I just do not want to figure it out. Feeling like a failure and that I am not doing my best. Looked in the mirror and tried to say some positives it just didn't seem to work.

It's not an immediate "cure," Hun. You need to keep doing it over and over. Possitives don't penetrate the brain as easily as negatives.

Could you print off your positives and put them somewhere where you will see them frequently. Heck! Tape them to your mirror? Print several copies and plaster your house with them.
