I have so much i want to say but just cant find the words or the brain cells to say or do it . I seem to go brain dead and clam up . I want to scream and shout and even hit out .... i dont though because i would be as bad as them .
I want to give everybody here a hug because nobody ever gave me a hug and a wee little hug sometimes makes you feel a tad better for a little while . We are not worthless, vile, mistakes who should be wished dead or beaten to pulp ...... well thats what im told but my little girl in my 36 year old brain still thinks she is a worthless vile mistake who should be dead and beaten to a pulp. I too was never hugged. The one that hurt the most was the hug that I desperately asked for and needed and was told to toughen up. I never felt so alone and worthless. Keep posting on this site as it does help. Many Hugs!

I hope you can connect with that little girl and give her the hugs that she so deserved and longed for so long ago. Let her give hugs back to you as well. It may take awhile to get the trust going, but who better to trust than that little girl and you who loves her? Neither of you is worthless, neither of you deserved being beaten to a pulp. Let the love and appreciation start from within and you will see great things happening. Wishing you well! sabby |
