Ok, not sure if I have told it here before... but I need some support and reassurance before I retell... I have some to add to my story of what has occured recently.

We're all here to suppport you! Just tell away !! It is great to be able to come here. The therapist I went to a while back said it is very good to write things down, it is a way of letting some of it go. I am here for you.
