When I try to remember I can't, When I try to forget I can't. My visible scars are there for life. The scars are on my face. That is one reason I don't look at myself in the mirror. It is not me, it isome old women. The pain and the scars will last a life time.

I'm so sorry you're hurting. I think you're a beautiful person. Mirrors are hard on me too at this point.... not much we can do about some stuff, is there? I try to focus on the stuff I can move, work on, shift for the better. Pry my head away from the "oh well" stuff. Hard, hard, hard. But, it does help when I can pull it off. Every bit helps. The bits get bigger... LOL
