I have said the words out loud to myself what happened to me. No more sugar coating it or denying still terrified tho.

Well done for saying the words, that was so brave. But sorry it has left those awful feelings.
I had a scarey time this week - my T told me to remember that they are just memories, they are not happening to you now, remind your self you are safe. Take care - SD

TY and my counsellor said the same thing , for me to tell myself I am safe it is NOT happening now even tho it feels like it is, it is not working the minute i sit on the couch or try to lie in my bed to go to sleep, she obviously has NO CLUE what this feels like and I Hope she has some more ideas for me, I make myself keep my eyes open and tell myself to look around that no oone is here but me i am so terrified

I really wanted solid proof something I coujdl believe that this happened to me think I shouldnht have asked for that now I am in such physical pain and sobbing and crying things out dont want to trigger anyone but I cry out no stop get off of me and u r hurting me and I have had unexplained doubling over pain down there for days now, is this really possible or am I just one messed up girl? sexual fantasies would produce pleasure right? not intesne pain an fear?

Kmpeace1171 - I am so sorry you are experiencing such pain right now. Are you able to contact yoru counsellor?
Do you know any grounding skills - like picking up an object in your hand. looking at it - what shape it is size, feeling it - is it hot, cold, soft, rough, naming its colour. Can you feel your feet on the floor, what can you see / hear outside at the present momment, decribe it. This can help us be in the moment and separate from those distressing feelings and thoughts. Remember these things are not happening to you now - they are just strong memories - the feelings will pass. And sexual fantasies would not necessarily bring up pleasure - do think of contacting your counsellor and keep posting on here. Thinking of you - Soup.
