I just want someone to save me from all these feelings,..
why cant the thoughts go away
why does all the feelings come up every time I drink
Why cant my t make it go away
why cant my parents make me feel better
why cant my friends see im suffering and help me
why cant i meet a nice guy

i just want to be swooped up protected held and loved and told its all ok and all the feelings and memories will go away.

Does this ever get to happen?
when im waiting please

Hi Anna, are you close to your parents?

Do you tell your friends what you need?

Are you discussing what happened to you with your therapist and allowing your feelings to come out in session?
