(((Suzzie)))),

The very important word to keep ever present is "yet". Maybe therapy has not been what you have wanted "yet" and you have to give it a chance and keep "trying".

You are truely "worthy" to keep making "efforts" to learning about "self" and that takes time for "everyone" Suzzie.

The human brain is truely "capable" of many things and "learning" is one thing our brains are very "capable of". Just because we may not have a certain "app" for something, doesn't mean we can't put one there.

You can't give up Suzzie. You did SUCCEED in looking at your T for a second last session. That isn't a success? Moving forward is a GRADUAL process.

How many times do you think that you can do it?

(((Suzzie))),

You are telling that not only to us but yourself, did you know that? I can't? well, you did do it suzzie, and you got through it and you didn't get hurt either. You have to keep yourself from "insisting you can't" and begin to say, "I will try" and "I want to get better" and that is going to mean "you will have to work on stepping outside your comfort zone". I am going to tell you, "you can" yes, "you truely can learn that you can" suzzie.

(((Hugs for encouragement))))

(((Suzzie))),

Well, it was a challenge, but you are ok, you survived it, you did it. So, you can, and each time you give yourself a bit of a push, you will discover how much you actually "can".
Thanks for this!

ribbons from the past
intrically worked away
weaving silently between
what was and what is
creating a new fusion
they covered and held
the secrets and the pain
and reflected a false strength
making the present appear
like a doable thing
but under the ribbons
the weight has grown
and is too much now
for the ribbons to hold
they are slowly loosening
no longer holding together
and reflecting a strength
they are falling apart
falling silently away
leaving nothing
leaving no hope
leaving only emptiness

Do your best Suzzie. If you can do it twice that would be great!

Maybe the pain needs to fall?

Keep doing it. One day at a time. Most of all you must not quit. Things somehow do get better, but often we can't see that when we are really hurting

Suzzie, I've realized after posting that last reply that you have many poems on this thread. I was speaking about:

falling into darkness
down to its center
being engulfed in it
now a part of it
disappeared
inside to
reside
in it.

-Susie

I hope that you will consider submitting some of your work to this year's PC poetry contest. You would have a very good shot at placing. I think that the grand prize is a $500 Amazon Gift Card!

With Admiration,
