Im a survivor of well I'm not sure but I'm a survivor anyways. How can I learn to say no. Ever since I was raped in Miami i've had trouble saying no to anyone including family. Even if all I want to do is say no and do something for myself.

I as well find it hard 2 say "no" 2 ppl & as a incest survivor (my father from the time I was 3 to 11),I've found that by always saying yes it would make ppl like me.I suppose it was a way of ensuring you always had peoples acceptance of you.
