Little is acting out the past few days. Most likely triggered from a family event on Sunday.
I try and keep her quiet so I can manage my adult world because really, who would understand I have a 11 yo girl inside of me longing for nurture and love. It gets so overwhelming, like now, for me. She wants to play. She wants to be cuddled. She wants to be read to. She hurts so badly. Her nights are filled with bad dreams, her waking hours filled with flashbacks and scents of the Monster. Hell! Pure, unbearable, unbreathable Hell!

Ohh Twisted, I can read to you, i do that for my daughter ever day.
I wish there was something I can do th=o take all that pain away. ~tons of hugs hon~

ty. little is really having some hard times.
holidays were when it all started. she hates the holidays. she hates not feeling loved and protected.

can you and Mare, read to her, help her understand that this won't happen again, tell her she is safe, can you get her a coloring book and colored pencils this might help, it has with us

I rarely talk w/ Mare about her. I don't think she would really understand. She is supportive of my overall issues, but I rarely go into detail.
I did get Little some coloring books a while ago, but put them away and out of site when I couldnt deal with her constant need for attention. Maybe over the weekend I will get them out. Thanks for the hugs!

I know I need to pay more attention to her.
It is difficult for me. In a way, I don't want to accept her as part of me because then I have to acknowlege I am broken and damaged. I just want to pretend it never happened. It just gets too overwhelming!

Overwhelming I know..... it all seems to much. Accept you little with open arms. Let her know that you love her. She is probably feeling sad and lonely.

Angie, thanks for the encouragement. I am not sold on the idea yet that I can get thru it all.
Sometimes I just want to continue to be split off. I can split well. I am used to it. I just wish once I could not form back together. Does this make sense?
