It was on uk news tonight the police and an undercover investigation team have caught a massive paedophile ring from right around the world but was based in sussex in uk. 30 children were rescued including babies!
great news they've caught these pathetic excuses for humans, but it's left me so angry, depressed and distressed. they would torture and abuse children on webcams to queues of people waiting to see all around the world. i feel sick. what is it that drives these people, what is to become of these poor poor children who have been tortured abused and god knows what else.
where do they find these children? i cant process in my mind how any human being could want to do this to a child, a baby for chrissakes.
i cant believe the evilness of these people, they should be tortured and made to suffer, each and every one of them. why should we as tax payers pay for these scumbags to live in prison where they are fed and kept warm at night? they deserve torture and should be castrated in the most horrific way without anaesthetic. they should all have P tattood on their heads so they have 'accidents' in prison.

please pray for these children and all others who are being abused all over the world. i cant think of it any more it makes my heart bleed with pain

yes I read about it and its very sad. I'm not into the culture of "lets hang 'em high" Thats a knee jerk reaction that has no results. Prison hasn't worked and will never work. I hope the children involved find some loving care!

(CRY) My heart broke just hearing about it. Does this not touch us? Of course it does sweetheart! The pain is so deep it is hard to bear. How should they be punished? I don't know! I can't let my mind go there, I don't want to be no better then they are.

mouse i think they should be treated the same way they treated those poor babies and children and see how they like it. then castrated, then tattood with a big P on their heads and let them have 'accidents' in prison.

even that's not good enough

Jinny, I hear your anger, and understand it. But violence perpertates violence. If we are justifying violence what message are we sending out to a kids? Its ok to hurt someone else, as long as our course is justified? Then that means we need to harbour rage and hatred inside of ourselfs to use it, you can't be compassionate and understanding with 1 hand and abusive with the other, it contributes to the deviant personalitys that you are seeking to punish?

What about if this pedophiles were once babys that needed love and care? Now they've grown and repeating what was done to them. What do we do? Forget the suffering child and kill the adult of that child?

They made a choice to offend I know, but sometimes we have no choice until we see why we do what we do. I can't reek violence on anyone and then cry compassion at the same time, it doesn't add up.

We need to show our children that we can handle these problems with full humanity, not showing children to throw stones before theyve had a chance to grow,

We are all responsible for the world we live in, if you put negativity into it, then it comes back.

I'm not a bleeding heart, I have just experienced so much pain in my life, I see how being angry just creates more anger. #

Do we split of part of our society and destroy it? Pedos are part of our society, we need to bring them in more and try to understand, that which we resist persists.

i'm sorry mouse we will have to agree to differ on this one. i have no time or compassion for anyone who rapes a 3 month old baby and i certainly dont want paedophiles residing near me,

we all have opinions, no offence to you but ours totally are completely different.

and all people who have been abused dont go on to abuse.
it's a well known fact pedos do not change and cannot change they have admitted it themselves. if anyone touched my kids i would kill them right or wrong. my opinion. period.

I read about this. It is horribily triggering for me because of my past.

I agree that these people should be put away for good. You can't rehab them. They should not be in the general population ever.

These children have to live with this forever. They have to worry for the rest of their lives that perverts will still have pictures of them on their computers. They will never completely get over what they have gone through.

Its just awful!

its okay to be mad jinny. I understand it. Different people process it differently. But I think if you can use your anger to enact change in your community, legislation, or public views or attitudes towards it, then its truely useful. Actually even if your anger helps you process your own past its useful. I think its natural to want to punish them...especially given the severity of the incident there is low liklihood of rehabilitation imo. I dont want to debate about though. I'm only speaking of this particular instance of the ring and ages of children involved.

Because of the fact that I was abused by a pedophile from the time I was a baby until I was 9 years old,and he was my own brother,he got away with it,and rubs it in my face to this day! I wouldn't be upset if he was castrated, and then thrown in prison with a Tattoo of a P on his forehead, and thrown in general population. He didn't put me on the internet, cause they didn't have the internet when I was that age,but if they did,he probably would have!
So I'll have to agree with jinnyann on this one, coming from a victims point of view!
