I get hurt and the feeling is this pain and anger is increasing. It has been building up hurt by hurt. Anger turned inward creating pain . So overwhelming and it feels terrible and so out of control. Agony on the inside and hurting so much I don't know what to do. Just building up.

Hello PianogirlPlays: Anger turned inward can feel devastating. I have a mountain of it... some the result of what was, or was not, done to & for me... but allot the result of what I have, in turn, done to others. It has led me to some very dark places over the years. In my case, there is no way out now. It is what it is. I hope that, unlike me, you can find a way to let go of the anger building up inside of you. Please do not follow in my footsteps. They don't lead anywhere you want to go...
