I think it's been force fed into many of us who have been abused that we are of "no value" if we do not "accomplish" anything, do not "change", or do not "change enough"...
Maybe the question is who is qualified or entitled to judge these things.......? Sometimes we are the harshest judges of ourselves. ![]() (And of course abusers, the FOO, PUS etc. (Family of origin, parental units, who in my case were not exactly supportive or true.. understatement)

Unfortunately in my own life I have noticed how people judge and criticize and devalue others in very hurtful ways. My entire life has pretty much revolved around helping and understanding and supporting individuals with learning disabilities and doing everything I can to help these individuals inspite of others including teachers and professionals put them down and write them off.
