i just gotta get away
im not safe hes far too close and i cant escape i feel like im about to explode the pain is expanding inside its right up under my skin its all around my head it hurts having him touch me again to shake me and tell me what he wants i wish i just died |

The only thing I can tell ya is to know your rights in how you can protect yourself. Like mace spray, self defense , or use your cell phone to call for help. I am here any time you need to talk hon.. you know this. Please just take some deep breaths . Find your safe place like a beach with some nice peaceful sounding waves in the back. Be good to you. go to the police now so they no you are worried if you can, dont let him make you a prisoner get a injunction on him to stay away from you is there a support group near you so you can talk to pppl irl so you are not alone we wil be here if you need to talk to anybody (((((((((((((((els))))))))))))))) take care of you
