Have you tried TODOIST? it is available for free, both in the browser and as an app. Your morning routine indeed is beautiful and actually quite elaborate. I am thinking that if you were able to develop such an elaborate routine, you are capable of many things!

Gabapentin 1200 mg, Vitamin B-complex (against extrapyramidal side effects)

Long term side effects from medications some of them discontinued:
- hypothyroidism
- obesity

Suspected narcolepsy

Treated with Ritalin 5mg
