Trigger: Mentions sexual abuse

I do not get this at all. I started out this unwanted break from T with severe abandonment/rejection feelings and I have been trying to work through them.

The last day or so, I've had some flashbacks regarding my sexual abuse at age 7. T doesn't like that I continue to try and remember stuff like the face of the man for example? Can't remember.

I haven't had these in a long time. I might be remembering more...this happened before when T went on vacation at Christmas too.

What is this about? Why at those times are these thoughts coming to me? I don't have a clue how to handle them.
