Because sometimes I think I have them. It wasn't until just now though that I'd be taking it into consideration, I always thought that body memories were like flashbacks-but with your body, but after poking around I heard that they could also manifest as other things as well. What are body memories like?

for some period of time...I don't exactly know when it began or when it stoped...but for a good chunk of my life (which isn't saying much) I'd get these weird feelings on my neck. The best description would be like a combinating between tingling and tickling, and it would only go away if I took the collar of my shirt and pulled it up onto my ching (or, if I was lying in bed or something to just take the blanket and cover) the area is pretty sensitive to tickles to begin with so I hate it when people touch my neck because it will inevidably lead to my body spazzing out (I swear I sound like some dying animal)

And well, I just wanted to know if these were actualy some form of body memory or if I was just sensitive and have a weird reaction to being tickled (but even so that doesn't explain the shirt thing...which I don't think there is any sort of medical explaination for)

As for triggers? Probably this event.

Well, I wrote to my T about (because i didn't really want to 'talk' about it at today's session) and she said that it's a possibility, but she doesn' know, and there are alot of things we both know.

Geez, I wish I could get a straight answer rather then honesty sometimes.
