Is this normal or am I just really weird? My stepdad came was in town all this week. When Mom told me and ask me to have dinner with him, I just said I had to check my schedule and left it at that. I did not want to see him, let alone have dinner with him. I don't get alone with him and haven't for a long time. He likes to take every oppurtinty to put me down and tell me how bad I am. How I will never amount to anything and other nice things like that. Ok so I finally decide that maybe it would help us to get along better if I make an effort. I have been making an effort for about 2 years now, has made a difference yet. So I don't know why I thought it would now. But I knew if would make Mom happy. So I called and told Steve to let me know when he would be available for lunch or dinner. He never called and I forgot all about it. Until I was talking to Mom yesterday on the phone and she said he would be returning home on Friday. I was like oh he is in colorado right now. She is like yes. So now I am mad that he didn't call me to have lunch or dinner and I didn't even want to see him. How can I not want to see him and then when I don't get mad about not seeing him. Makes no sense. Anyway I am rambling.
