anybody know any ideas for how to make the yuckies go away?

i was diagnosed with DID 4 years ago although sometimes i deny this disorder.

umm... i feel like it is my fault that yucky things happen to me... i feel as if i am the yucky one not them ...

time.... time and probably therapy. somewhere you know you are not the yucky one - and that is good. the rest just needs to catch up.

depends on if you mean short term or long term. long term...therapy. short term - different things work for diff peops

- doing stuff that reminds you that you are in a diff place & time now, like balancing a check book, or memorizing 3 things you like about you fav pres candidate in case someone asks!
- dress up in your bestest stuff & go window shopping
- give a friend a pedicure with purple sparkly toes

gotta figure out your own list of helpers
