I just wanted to introduce myself as a sexual abuse survivor. I hope to get to know more of you on this thread...and when I feel up to it, I can share my story with you.

It is wonderful to have a thread for this.

Welcome! I want to know how you managed to combat those nightmares and stuff.. 'cause I can't seem to stop thinking about them, and I end up crying to tears each night.
