Today i had my osteopathic appointment and the past 3 times she has asked me if i have had physical trauma. I can't come up with any that I think fits that category, but she keeps asking because my body shows signs. So i compiled a list of anything that might possibly fit the category and then she can weed from it what she feels is important. It was 2 pages! I still think it's just minor bumps and bruises. But she's the doc and will know what she's looking for better than i. I'm still nervous about it because... well, this is my life we're altering (as well as my body). But I am also curious to know why my 30 yr old body is more like a broken down truck.
odd- while writing this i had a flash of.... pictures that i don't understand... they were like gauze... and now i can't recall the people in them.
well anyway - as i say, time will tell. The dr was grateful that I took the time to make such a list. She said "Being a dr, it is helpful for me to know where areas are hurting and why."

Thanks =) she said she would definately read it. And i see her again next monday. She is such a soft spoken, gentle person - I am very lucky. I think because of that she is ... i have 3 dr's now... and i think each of them is getting to look at some piece of my life and trauma.
