Fear itself cannot hurt you. It is an illusion.

Try to "see" what is making you scared and look at it straight on. Tell it to go away,,it has no power over you unless you let it.

my t bought me a teddy to cuddle ....maybe a light left on would help too? Don't eat cheese before bed, no caffeine and a nice milky drink and a warm bath may help.... and Lenny is right too ... but it's hard when dreams catch you unawares .... hope you have a good night, love and care, Jinny xoxoxoxoxoxoxo

l know what you are feeling. sometimes it is all so overwhelming. Try to keep yourself safe and be kind to yourself flashbacks/nightmares flashbacks/nightmares flashbacks/nightmares flashbacks/nightmares
