I guess right now my primary focus is leaning more towards the depression , but things happened to me when i was a kid that effect my moods (including the depression). I am working on some of this stuff in T right at the moment , but still havent really found the courage to tell much of my story. Maybe someday in the future i will be able to write about some of the things that happened.
It just blows my mind, that after all these years i still think of this stuff so often. Wish it would just fade away like so many of the good memories that i should still have and lost.

it takes time to come out and rehash what has happened. No worrys just take your time. Just wanted to let you know that you are very brave just coming here. Thank you for that. one day in the future maybe you'll be ready to open the box till then know that we care.
Thanks for this!

Thank you for sharing with us. It took courage and I applaud you for doing it.

Jme, it took awhile for me to share with my T. I had to learn to trust him with the secrets...
Only then was I able to let down my guard and whisper of it.

My best wishes,
Cap

Big steps sometimes come in simple ways. I believe it took a whole lot for you to entitle this thread - i am a survivor also. That's a big step and you are okay.

All that stuff will come out when it's time for it to come out. Time takes time. We're here for you now and will be here for you as you need us. If it helps, someone here has probably gone through what you continue to think about. I know, I have.

It's so not fair and not right for it to be this way! But in time, as you deal with it these memories will fade, creating space for all the good memories.

Take care.
