 Saw a picture today that made me think about some things. Questions I don't really have answers to. I'm sick and confused and sad and ashamed. I don't want to say more because I might trigger someone else.Just hate this

i know how you're feeling right now and it's awful i'm sorry that you were triggered. i hope how quickly you can move away from it honey. will writing about it help, or draw you more into it? if so, are there techniques that you've learned to move away from this? take good care of yourself right now...minimize oportunity to be further triggered, k?i'm here if you need me. love,
