My ex is saying people are telling her that I told them that she beat me. She was abusive, but she never beat me. She's in the same PHP group as me and she brought it up in group. Now everyone thinks I'm a liar when I'm not. I told the truth about our relationship and I get %#@&#! on because she doesn't like it.

I've been really suicidal since this all happened. I don't know where to turn since everybody thinks I'm a freakin liar. I can't turn to the group for support. I'm so alone in all of this. That's why I'm here. I've been constantly thinking about taking my pills, cutting, and hanging myself. I'm trying to stay afloat, but I don't know how much longer I can hang on....please help me.

If you are in an emergency state right now call 911. It's far better than hurting yourself. Sometimes we can get so frustrated that seeking a harmful way out is all we can think of; that is just continuing the abuse cycle. Try talking to a t. along with group therapy. Sometimes we need to vent to someone who can suggest good coping techniques. Good luck and please seek 911 help if need be.

I'm keeping busy for the time being. I'm ok. Just don't know how I'll be tonight--nights are always worse for me, especially when there's no one around.

i'm so sorry that happened in group. there's nothing i hate worse than being lied on or blamed for something i didn't do. it gets me into such a state. try to remember within yourself that you did not do that, and that ppl are going to believe what they want to. ultimately, it will blow over and the truth will be seen i hope.

I'm sorry this happened to you. I know how it feels to be in that situation. I also know how hard the nights can be when you are alone. Please remember that you can always turn here when needed so you are really never "alone". Take care and I hope this blows over quickly for you.

Thanks for all the support you guys. Today will test me a great deal because I have to deal with the issue of my ex being in group and having to tell the whole group I've been suicidal since last Friday. Wish me luck in not starting a war.
