I feel so alone in general. There are no other people in my world that I can talk to. Even in my group I'm the only one with MPD, and all the other diagnosis's I have to go with it.

I find life in general to be getting difficult. I either want to sleep all day, and eat then sleep. I have told this to my psychiatrist, and she doubled up my depression patch.

Next we are checking my depakote level. Since I have had Gastric Bypass it has been hard to get my levels up.

I'm feel like I am in just a rut.
