Hi Jinny,
On a PC, I think you can press print screen, which will take a screen shot and keep it on your clipboard. Then you can open up paint or a similar program and paste it in there. On a mac, you can press Command, Shift, 4 and drag your mouse over the object and take a screen shot that way. After that, you can upload the image to an online photo storage place (photobucket, etc) and paste it here.  Hope that helps. We look forward to seeing it!

Maybe signing on to the US site will help you guys out. I have not had any problems at all. You'll have to rejoin with a new name, or at least I did.
I signed on to the UK site to see if I could find jinnyann's fairy and post it, but "pixie hollow" has been busy for two days.
