I cry every time I see a baby. I feel weird
I guess this is hormone related, but I'm only 18! I thought these clucky feelings weren't meant to start for a while

anyone else know what I mean?

Not sure what you mean, but I would like to throw some things out there;
What kind of feeling do you get when you see a baby? Do you want one? Or is there some other reason?

I do too. I admire and envy their innocence. But I then feel sorry for them for being born into a horrible and cruel world.

It's important to figure out why they bring tears to your eyes.

I know in my case, it was not meant to be for me to have my own. This saddens me missing out and having a family. As I get closer to menopause with each birthday, especially this birthday, my heart aches more and more when I see little ones.

In finding out the reason for you, if it is a desire to be near them, you could work or volunteer at a daycare or church organization or to babysit. If it is because of a need for family, to look at the relationships in your life and see how to better them. Or it could be a whole lot of other reasons. Is there someone you can talk to? I hope you find the answers you seek but know you are not alone in weeping for little ones.

I know exactly what you mean! I have never been driven to tears at the sight of a baby... but they make me intensely broody and sometimes I cry later. The only thing I want to do on this earth is to raise a family. I have other ambitions but I feel like, without a family, everything else I do will be worthless.

Seeing other people with their babies (even the ones having a tantrum) makes me sad because it feels like my little family is slipping away from me... I've had some confusion about sexuality and relationships and stuff and I feel like I've already missed my chance to settle down and start building a life. Even though I know I have plenty of time!

Good luck (((lily))

Remember that the world is at your feet and you have enough time to do whatever the heck you want to with your life
