No, rape usually has to be unequal ages and/or sexes, etc., date rape is generally being overpowered by the other person because they're bigger/stronger and that she was your friend and at you house, etc., hard to get away with their making you do things against your will; you could have just kicked her out, called someone/the police, etc. That you probably did them because you wanted her to like you/be your friend or whatever isn't "force" and there is probably only your words against hers. You're old enough to decide for yourself what you want/don't want and say no/not be friends with her, etc.

((vampyre love)) IMO this is sexual assault, especially if there was violence and intimidation. Please tell an adult.

No is no. Anything further without consent is a crime irregardless. IMO, age might have some bearing, but again, no is no. Crossing the consent line is a crime because no is no.
Assault is also a crime. I believe you.

Besides Perna it seems like everyone else has the right idea. If you were uncomfortable and you said no but she either talked you into it (even if you still didn't want to) or forced you that is illegal.
Stay away from this person; if she's in your classes or something tell your teacher to help you keep your distance. No one ever deserves to be forced to do anything. The situation and circumstances don't matter. If you say no or you are uncomfortable or you "don't think" it's a good idea then the other person must back off and there's no excuse to continue try to change your mind. This is not your fault!!!! |

Im sorry but yes, this is rape.
I had the same thing happen to me. Actually, its how I lost my virginity >.< Rape has nothing to do with ages nor sex. Rape can happen to anyone at any age. Its hard,I know. If you want someone to talk to about it,Im here. Like I said,Ive been through this. |

Sabby I think is correct. As to the legal definitive term.Emotionally...this has consequences to you..(the victim)...which could be fleeting or deeply impacting. It depends on how you process it.I can accept that you would be affected in a variety of ways.I hope you share this with an adult.I really do.

here no means no, age does not matter. even teen agers here can be prosecuted for rape if one of the parties involved with intercourse did not want it to happen. a 16 yr old boy was recently sent to prison for raping a 16 year old girl. the girl said no and her boyfriend continued. the girl did the right thing by returning home and telling her mother. the mother took her to the ER. The ER called us at the Rape crisis center. I met the mother and teen at the ER. I stayed with the teen during the exam and questioning by the police. A Rape Kit was done, photos were taken. Then the mother took the girl home. two months later the girl testified before the grand jury as did the boy, police, and the ER Doctor, The grand jury found there was enough evidence to move into the trial phase. We went to trail with the girl, and the boy was convicted of rape. I have also had the displeasure of meeting even younger kids who have gone to full intercourse against their friends wishes. not too long ago a 13 yr old -girl was gang raped by her peers at a birthday party where an innocent game of spin the bottle began but the end result was a 13 yr old getting raped by by another 13 yr old. That 13 yr old is now in the hands of the juvenile hall he will be spending the next 5 yrs behind bars in a juvenile facility. No is no and rape is sexual intercourse against another persons wishes. no matter the age here. ![]() |
